The ability to update a replacement in Fleeti Admin is essential for maintaining current and accurate data regarding equipment and assets.

User Access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin

However, it is important to note that some replacements cannot be updated in all states. The "Verified", "Completed", and "Closed" states do not allow updates.

How to Update a Replacement



Here are the steps to update a replacement in Fleeti Admin:

Access the replacement view: Firstly, access the view of the replacement you wish to update in Fleeti Admin.

Click on the Edit button

Make necessary changes: Depending on the status and editable properties, update the information as required.

Save changes: Save the modifications made to the replacement by clicking on the "Modify" button.

Keep in mind that the limits imposed by the status of the replacement when updating are to ensure data integrity and consistency in Fleeti Admin. Always make sure to adhere to these restrictions for effective replacement management.
