How to Start an Uninstallation


  1. Accessing the Uninstallation Start View

Method 1: Start from the Uninstallation View:

Go to the uninstallation view you want to start. In this view, you will find a "Start" button. Click on this button to initiate the process.

Method 2: Start from the Operations List:

Navigate to the operations list. Next to each list item, you will find an option with the "Start" icon. Click on this option to initiate the start of the corresponding uninstallation.

Fill out the uninstallation form which includes the following information:

Select the technicians who will work on the uninstallation

Useful comment for the uninstallation

The user initiating the uninstallation is automatically added to the list of technicians by default. Only technicians listed can add a report to this uninstallation.Users with a role other than Technician can be added to the list.


  1. Confirming the Start of Uninstallation: Click "Validate" to confirm the start.


After the uninstallation has been successfully started, its status changes to "Ongoing". This indicates that the uninstallation process is currently in progress.


It is essential to ensure that uninstallations are accurately started by technicians as this impacts uninstallation tracking and management. Make sure to fill in all required information in the form and confirm the start
