Start a replacement
User Access: - FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin
Access the replacement start view
Method 1: start from replacement view:
Go to the replacement view you want to start. In this view, you'll find a "Start" button. Click on this button to initiate the starting process.
Method 2: Start from operation list:
Go to the list of operations. Next to each item in the list, you'll find an option with the "Start" icon. Click on this option to initiate the start of the corresponding replacement.
Replacement form
Fill out the replacement form which includes the following information:
The user starting the replacement is automatically added to the list of technicians. Only technicians present in this list can add a report to this replacement.
Users with a role other than Technician can be added to the list.
Confirm replacement start:
Click on "Validate" to confirm the start.
After the replacement has been successfully started, its status changes to "In Progress". This indicates that the replacement process is currently underway.
It is essential to ensure that replacements are accurately started by technicians as it impacts the tracking and management of the replacement. Make sure to provide all required information in the form and confirm the start appropriately.

The user starting the replacement is automatically added to the list of technicians. Only technicians present in this list can add a report to this replacement.
