Send command to gateway

You can send commands to a gateways from Fleeti Admin.

User access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin, Customer

This feature is only available for Teltonika devices.

How to send a command to a gateway:

Go to the view of the asset to which the gateway is linked.

Locate the gateway in the "Gateway" section.

Click on the button to display actions related to the gateway and choose the "Send Command" option.

Different types of commands:

Command	Description
GetRecord	Retrieves the status of the gateway, including its accessibility and availability
WebConnect	Forces the device to connect immediately to the Manufacturer website
CpuReset	Resets the gateway
OpenDoor	Sends a signal to open all doors
CloseDoor	Sends a signal to close all doors
KeepOnline	Keeps the gateway online
Immobilize	Immobilizes the equipment
Unimmobilize	Activates the mobility of the equipment
