Report an uninstallation

Once the uninstallation has started, a report can be added. To do this, go to the uninstallation view and click on the "Add Report" button.

User Access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin

Report Form



The report form includes the following fields:

- Operation Date: Date when the uninstallation was actually performed.
- Operation Time: Time when the uninstallation was actually performed.
- Your Report
- Attachment

Only technicians can add a report, and the technician must be listed in the list of technicians.

Report Update



Any user with access to an uninstallation can update it.

To perform an update, go to the uninstallation view and click on the "Edit" button in the report section.

Completing an uninstallation report ensures traceability and documents key uninstallation steps. This helps ensure that each uninstallation is carried out accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.
