Report a replacement

Once the replacement is verified, a report can be added. To do this, go to the replacement view and click on the "Add Report" button.

User access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin

Report Form



The report form includes the following fields:

- Date: Date on which the replacement was actually performed.
- Your repoprt
- Odometer: Equipment's odometer reading at the time of replacement.
- Engine Hours: Equipment's engine operating hours at the time of replacement.
- Attachment
Note that at least the odometer or engine hours must have a value.

Only technicians can add a report, and the technician must be listed in the replacement's technician list.

After adding the report,
- The replacement status is updated to "Done". It is then ready to be validated.
- The odometer is updated on the gateway in Fleeti Tracking.
- Engine hours are updated on the gateway in Fleeti Tracking.
- The end of the replacement is set to the current date.

Updating the Report



Any user with access to a replacement can edit it.
The report can be updated if the replacement status is "Done".
To update, go to the replacement view and click on the "Edit" button in the report section.

Creating a report ensures traceability and helps document key steps of the replacement. This contributes to ensuring that each replacement is carried out accurately and in compliance with the client's requirements.
