Installation view

The installation view in Fleeti Admin is a crucial interface that allows you to visualize and manage essential installation details. It provides a detailed overview of the installation's status, country, associated customer, relevant asset, Fleeti Tracking panel used, and information regarding the gateway and accessories.


User access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin


Header Section


In this section, you can find critical information regarding the installation:


  • Status: The current status of the installation, determining the available actions.
  • Country: The country where the installation is carried out.
  • Customer: The customer associated with the installation (if applicable).
  • Asset: The asset on which the installation was performed (if applicable).
  • Panel: The Fleeti Tracking administration panel used.
  • Gateway Name: The name of the gateway associated with the installation.
  • Gateway IMEI: The IMEI number of the gateway.
  • Phone Number: The phone number associated with the gateway.
  • Gateway Status: The current status of the gateway.
  • Last Connection Date: The date of the gateway's last connection.
  • Action buttons: The buttons to edit and delete the installation.


Report Section


This section is available if the installation status is Ongoing, Verified, Done, or Closed. It displays:


  • Start Date: The start date of the installation.
  • Technicians List: The technicians involved in the installation.
  • End Date: The end date of the installation.
  • Installation Address: The address where the installation took place.
  • Global Verification Result: The overall verification status and its date.
  • Validation Data: A badge is displayed if validation was forced, with the name of the user who validated the installation.
  • Report: Comments, report author, and report date.


Gateway Card


This section provides specific details about the gateway:


  • SIM Card Operator: The type of SIM card operator.
  • Phone Number: The phone number associated with the gateway.
  • APN: The Access Point Name.
  • Gateway Model: The model of the gateway.
  • Gateway Manufacturer: The manufacturer of the gateway.
  • Verification Result: Displayed as a tag if the installation is verified.
  • CAN Badge: Displayed if the gateway has integrated CAN protocol.


Accessories Section


This section displays a card for each accessory linked to the installation, containing the following details:


  • Accessory Type: The type of accessory.
  • Connection Type: The connection type of the accessory.
  • Bluetooth Number: If the connection type is Bluetooth.
  • Accessory Name: The name of the accessory.
  • Accessory Model: The model of the accessory.
  • MAC Address: The MAC address of the accessory.
  • Verification Result: Displayed as a tag if the installation is verified.


The installation view thus provides a comprehensive and detailed insight into each installation, aiding in efficient management and informed decision-making to optimize the installation process.
