Check the configuration of a replacement

Verifying the configuration of a replacement in Fleeti Admin is a crucial step to ensure the proper functioning of the system. It ensures that each element of the replacement is correctly configured before finalizing the process.

User access: FleetiSuperAdmin, FleetiAdmin, FleetiCustomerService, FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin, FleetiOperator, FleetiTechnician, FleetiTechnicianAdmin

Accessing Configuration Verification

To access configuration verification, follow these steps:

Go to the list of operations. Click on the configuration icon for the replacement.
Navigate to the replacement view. Click on the "Configure" button.

Once the configuration of the gateway is validated, the verification window opens automatically.

Verification Process

The verification process focuses on checking the connection status of the gateway. The connection status must be correct for the configuration to be considered valid.

If the connection status is "Just Registered," the configuration is deemed invalid.

Verification Results

The verification result displays the current connection status and the date of the last connection. This information is crucial to assess the configuration.

You have the option to check the configuration indefinitely by clicking the "Refresh" button on the result card.

Until the configuration is correct, you cannot validate and finalize the configuration to proceed.

You have the flexibility to go back to previous steps, such as configuring the gateway or SIM card. However, if you redo a step, you'll need to redo the subsequent step as well.

Make sure to follow each verification step diligently to ensure the configuration is correct and the replacementt is ready to function efficiently. Verification is a critical process to ensure the smooth operation of your Fleeti system.
