In Fleeti Admin, the asset view provides a detailed and tailored representation based on the type of asset. This customized approach ensures optimal management of various elements within your fleet. Here's an overview of each view based on the asset type.

Common Data for All Types of Assets



Before delving into specific details for each type of asset, here are the common data and actions you can find for each asset:

Common Data



- Asset Name
- Asset Group
- Asset Type
- Warning Icon: Indicates if essential data is missing for the asset, their priority, and corrective actions.
- Tag if the asset has the Fuel feature
- Tag if the asset is insured
- Tag if the asset is rental

Possible Actions



- See More: Allows access to more details regarding the asset.
- Update the Asset
- Delete the Asset
- Update Source Gateway for Counters: Applicable when the asset has multiple installed gateways.
- Update the Group
- Add a Rental Contract
- Add an Insurance Contract


Vehicle View



Regarding assets of type "vehicle," in addition to common data and actions, you'll find the following counters:

- Odometer Counter
- Engine Hours Counter

Fuel-related data is displayed in the accessories list.


Equipment View



For assets of type "equipment," you'll also find counter data.


Site or Phone View



Finally, for assets of type "site" or "phone," the data and actions are limited to the general elements mentioned above. No additional information is associated with these types of assets.


Gateway View



In each view, the gateway cards allow for a quick view of crucial communication details.

For each gateway, the available information includes:

- Gateway Name
- Gateway Model
- Last Connection Date
- Battery Level
- Gateway Status
- Tag if the Gateway is Blocked
- Tag if the Gateway is a Clone
- Tag if the gateway is the source for the counters
- List of Accessories: For each accessory, details include accessory type, name, value, MAC address, and the last connexion date.


Actions on Gateways



For each gateway, several actions can be performed to ensure precise tracking and optimal management:

- See More: Allows access to a complete view of the gateway.
- Update Odometer Counter
- Update Engine Hours Counter
- Send a Command
- Update Gateway Name
- Update SIM Card Operator Type
- Replace the Gateway
- Detach the Gateway
- Return to Warehouse: Moves the gateway to the warehouse.
- Bind Accessories to the Gateway


Sections for Insurances, Rental Contracts, and Operations



Each specific asset view may also include dedicated sections for insurances, rental contracts, and operations. These sections provide an overview of key information and actions associated with each important aspect of asset management.
