The first verification of an installation is possible if the installation's status is In Progress.
Only a user with the Technician role can perform the initial verification.
To initiate the verification process, go to the installation's view and click on the "Verify" button.
The verification process involves checking various aspects of the installation:
- State Update: An error is flagged if the last state update is earlier than today.
- Accessories: An error is raised if an accessory sensor fails to return a value.
The verification process yields a global result for the installation, which can be one of the following:
- OK: If everything is functioning as expected for both the gateway and accessories.
- Not OK (NOK): If there are errors detected in any of the equipment.
- Neutral: If there was nothing specific to verify.
The global result is prominently displayed in the report section of the installation view.
- A verification result status badge is displayed on the gateway card.
- "See More" button for verification results is displayed on the gateway card. Click on the button to display the details of the verification of the gateway.
- A verification result status badge is also displayed on each accessory card.
- The verification result can be one of the three: OK, NOK, or Neutral.
An installation can be verified as many times as necessary as long as it has the status Verified or Completed. This action is accessible to any user with access to the installation.
Performing a thorough verification ensures the installation is in optimal condition and ready for further operations. It provides confidence in the successful setup and functioning of the equipment within the installation.
