`Manage rental contracts

Fleeti Admin gives you the ability to manage rental contracts for an asset.

User access: All roles

How to view rental contracts for an asset:

Access the Asset view
Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the rental contracts for the asset.

How to add a rental contract to an asset:

Access the Asset view
Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

Add a rental contract
Once in the asset view, click the button to display asset-related actions and select the "Add a rental contract" button. Provide the information and click "Add."

How to modify the rental contract for an asset:

Access the Asset view
Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the rental contracts for the asset.

Modify a rental contract
Click on the pencil icon to edit the rental contract. Make the changes and click "Save."

How to delete the rental contract for an asset:

Access the Asset view
Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

Delete a rental contract
Click on the trash can icon to delete the rental contract. Confirm the deletion.

Impact on the rental report

- The rental contract addition will appear in the rental report that will be generated for the client.
