# Validate an uninstallation

|| User Access: **FleetiSuperAdmin**, **FleetiAdmin**, **FleetiCustomerService**, **FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin**, **FleetiOperator**.

## Accessing Validation
To validate an uninstallation, go to the uninstallation view and click on the "Validate" button.

| This feature is accessible when the uninstallation status is "Completed".

## Uninstallation Validation
When you click on the validation button, a confirmation modal window appears.
- You have the option to add a comment.

## Validation Impacts
Once the uninstallation is validated, several actions are performed in the background:
- **The gateway** is moved to the wharehouse account
- The *SIM of the old gateway* is deactivated in case of **debug**, contact support to activate the SIM

| After validation, the uninstallation status changes to Closed. No further action is possible on the uninstallation.
