# `Manage rental contracts

Fleeti Admin gives you the ability to manage rental contracts for an asset.

### How to view rental contracts for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset view**  
   Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the rental contracts for the asset.

### How to add a rental contract to an asset:
1. **Access the Asset view**  
   Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

2. **Add a rental contract**  
   Once in the asset view, click the button to display asset-related actions and select the "Add a rental contract" button. Provide the information and click "Add."

### How to modify the rental contract for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset view**  
   Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the rental contracts for the asset.

2. **Modify a rental contract**  
   Click on the pencil icon to edit the rental contract. Make the changes and click "Save."

### How to delete the rental contract for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset view**  
   Go to the view, click on the "Rental Contract" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

2. **Delete a rental contract**  
   Click on the trash can icon to delete the rental contract. Confirm the deletion.

### Impact on the rental report
- The rental contract addition will appear in the rental report that will be generated for the client.
