# Manage Confidential customer

### What is a Confidential Customer
A confidential customer is a customer whose information is sensitive or who does not want others to be able to access information about the status or geolocation of their fleet without their approval.

### Impact on the Customer List
The confidential customer appears in the customer list, but information about their fleet (active tags, inactive tags, etc.) is not displayed.

### Who Can Access Information of a Confidential Customer
Only users of the customer itself and Fleeti users with **Admin** or **Super admin** roles can access information about confidential customers.

### How to Manage Customer Service for a Confidential Customer
The customer service for a confidential customer is managed by the Country Manager of the country.

### How to Change a Client's Privacy Settings
|| User access: **FleetiSuperAdmin**, **FleetiAdmin**, **FleetiCustomerService**, **FleetiCustomerServiceAdmin**, **FleetiSales**, **FleetiOperator**

To do this:
- Navigate to the client view
- Click on the **Account** tab
- In the **Privacy Management** section, enable or disable the **Confidential Client** option
