# Manage asset insurances

Managing insurance for an asset involves consulting, providing, updating, and deleting the insurance contract for an asset.

### How to consult the insurance contract for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset View**  
Access the view, click on the "Insurance" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

### How to add the insurance contract for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset View**  
Access the view, click on the "Insurance" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

2. **Add an Insurance Contract**  
Once in the asset view, click the button to show actions related to the asset and select the "Add Insurance Contract" button. Provide the information and click "Add."

### How to modify the insurance for an asset:
1. **Access the Asset View**  
Access the view, click on the "Insurance" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

2. **Edit an Insurance Contract**  
Click on the pencil icon to edit the insurance contract. Make the necessary modifications and click "Save."

### How to Delete the Insurance Contract for an Asset:
1. **Access the Asset View**  
Access the view, click on the "Insurance" dropdown to display the asset's insurance.

2. **Delete an Insurance Contract**  
Click on the trash can icon to delete the insurance contract. Confirm the deletion.
